Michelle puts so much planning and focus on her classes and each trainee, that you feel the personal attention and the dedication. The workouts are challenging but fun, and Michelle always keeps it interesting by incorporating different exercises and equipment. She is knowledgeable and provides guidance and modifications for all fitness levels. I highly recommend her classes.
