If there was zero I’d rate them zero. Every second day there’s an issue in this building. They make huge changes like removing the generator without consulting tenants that pay monthly for electricity on top on the rent itself.
I was told that a room is available and i should just pay the deposit fee to secure it.I paid the fee same day but then 2 days later i was told that they are now fully booked
There is always something wrong with the place. If not in your room it is the washing machine. If not that,its the elevator. Outside the building looks stunning but the service provide is very minimal
