This establishment has proven to be highly unscrupulous in my business dealings with them. They consistently fail to uphold their commitments, exhibiting chronic tardiness and a complete disregard for email correspondence. When attempting to contact them for updates or explanations, they ignore my messages or provide vague and unhelpful responses. Overall, their lack of professionalism and customer service has made my experience with them extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The team at Botha & Barnard Furniture Manufacturers were attentive and responsive throughout the process, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend their services.

The wood started coming in around December 2022 with small amounts at first to then being pissed for an 8-week notice on a Monday . Everyone says they are doing all they can. Well, they haven't kept me informed, have not given me an answer as to when it might be delivered. It is February 2023 and I don't even know if we will ever get any furniture. I'm furious. It would be better to know that they are not able to make the furniture instead of this run around. Would not ever do business with them again.
