I have ordered from Bounce about three or four times now, and I've been blown away by their great service. Most recently, I ordered a speaker system that I've had my eyes on for a while, and was now on special. I placed my order and paid for it online, and within a few days, it arrived at my doorstep. The packaging was secure and the item was in perfect condition. The sound quality of the speaker system is amazing, and I am very happy with my purchase. Bounce has definitely become my go-to online music store.

When we tested it again the past weekend it did not work at all. We were extremely disappointed as we had a birthday party and the bubble machine was the main attraction. We tried everything and couldn't get it to work. We have contacted Bounce and are waiting for a response.
