We had to open an account and althou loadshedding is the biggest stumble block we did recieve good service. Personal is willing to help and do stick to there protocol no short cuts. There is definitely an approvement in service delivery
I dread coming here, I have nothing nice to say about the staff, basically they just don’t care no matter how long the queue is, they just disappear and you here them talking & laughing at the back. I honestly believe they’re doing deliberately.
