We are still in the process of receiving an order, however the processes leading up to now has been made very convenient and Kyle Kern as well as Nadine Taljaard has kept me up to date every step of the way. Their professionalism, prompt responses and swift action is commendable.
Terrible service. The one moment you get a notification that your order will be processed, the next moment you receive an email stating that it's sold out - after engaging on several occassions and paying the full amount due. Rather get someone who strives for good client service.
Our company ordered +/- 15 black mugs with our logo on them. From the beginning it was a struggle to get the actual design we wanted. After liaising with about 10 different people, we managed to come to a solution with a lot of compromise …
