The company provided no explanation for not giving refunds for the cancelled concert. Very disappointing experience.
I attended a BreakOut Events concert recently and was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. They failed to provide any information or assistance regarding refunds for the cancelled concert.
I am not happy with the BreakOut Events company. They have not made any effort to communicate with their customers about the cancelled event or provide refunds.
