Excellent friendly helpful staff member on the floor, always engaging, knowledgable and ready to assist. I live near the Build it in Hillcrest and still choose to use this Cato Ridge branch due to their good quality service.
Owner's wife and sons are rude! Staff are not properly trained or helpful most times. Always alot of litter everywhere and don't feel safe at all, parking is also not safe!
