After spending about R20k with Build-it Oudtshoorn during March 2023, I needed to return some curtain rod brackets, a few hours after purchasing them, as they didn't fit inside the pelmets. They insisted on subtracting a handling fee! This is beyond pathetic. After I lost it completely, they reluctantly agreed to take them back without the handling fee. I will never return to this shop again. Which is a shame, because it's a great shop otherwise. Please note, that after mentioning all the above, it is only fair to note that I've probably spent about R200k there over the last 5 years. But not anymore.
