Visited the store yesterday. Walked in and there was no one to assist on the floor. Poor security had to go and look for someone to assist me whilst the cashiers just sat there staring at me! I walked to the counter and asked them is there anyone working today?! The cashier rudely responded YES! left her seat and asked me in an angry tone what I wanted. I was taken back at her rudeness and asked politely if there was someone else I could speak with as she was most unhelpful. She then called over the floor manager who was not better at all and did not help at all. Please note, that on a second encounter at the same store a few months ago I witnessed a security guard crawl the floor, underneath the counter whilst he spoke to a client. I thought the floor manager should know this as it's clearly not professional behavior from the staff. I left the store and told them I will never return.
