Brought in a faulty product. Staff didn't know how to book it in and had to ask each other how to do it. They also couldn't test the product by connecting it to a tap before booking it in because the assistant didn't know how the tap system …

Terrible terrible. Ordered paint that was suppose to be delivered on 08/05/23. I phoned on 11/05/23 to follow up, the guy responsible for dispatch phoned me back with a stink attitude. Made excuses on how they apparently forgot to load the paint when other deliveries to my area went out. I am never buying from this store ever again.
