No telephonic manner. Staff do not know how to communicate on the phone. Its an absolute mess. Head Office is a bigger mess. Trying to buy products from them but it's like pulling teeth from a shark. Would rather walk on fire than go through this process ever again.
Pleasant shopping experience however too many staff on their cellphones, tucked behind a shelf rather than asking if the customer needs assistance
