After a terrible experience of ordering online with Builders, I finally got my order. Then as luck should have it, the unit broke and I had to take it in as it was under warrantee. I explained to them that my wife works from home and she needs the unit urgently. They assured that they will fix the unit. It has been already two weeks and there is still no progress on fixing the unit. The customer service is very poor and they do not care about their customers.
