Three trips and bad batches of paint! Staff were helpful, but in the same breath didn’t listen to my concerns. Told them, showed them photos and they just dismissed it as “you didn’t mix the paint correctly”.
The place is accessible to all users.
What used to be an excellent hardware that I frequented up to 4 times a day as a builder, I now avoid at all costs. Long loading delays, inept staff, useless security who lose your invoice and blame you. Shocking how much this once great store has gone down
