Our chimney was serviced a year ago. Despite concerns expressed about soot continuing to fall down - it proceeded to get worse and worse! We expressed our concern and were dismissed, being told it was probably just residual soot. Finally had chimney checked by another company. They discovered a bird nest in the chimney and loads of soot buildup! Never using Busy Bee Services again!
