The cake was exactly what i ordered online and it was to be collected at a local store however their lack of communication is frustrating. Why can’t the store atleast call me to say my cake has arrived and i can collect instead of just driving to the store not even sure that the cake is there.
The staff is very rude and had the worst customer service when the cashiers kept referring me to the next based on the designs I wanted and instead of assisting me they kept on taking turns to go to the bathroom and talking and laughing I just left
Had a terrible experience at Mams mall cake zone. The staff at the store are very rude , they don’t give the best service. The cake they gave us didn’t have everything we required and when we complain they gang up on us. Will never order from them again ????????♀️???? …
