Koketso was a great agent! Efficient and knew what she was doing! Had to wait a while before we got helped - however, that was not due to their services but the people who had wrong documents and were being helped in getting things done properly.
Agents are nice and helpful. Time keeping is poor. Seating area is nice but be warned there’s a premium for the platinum lounge of about R700 that isn’t stated, and also not much benefit.
Applying for a visa is always a stressful process but Capago made a big difference to my experience. They are very organised and the waiting area is comfortable and calm. Busisiwe was very helpful and friendly and made me feel much more confident. My passport has arrived back only 7 days later.
