We used to love all of cape cookies, but I just bought cocoa flavoured cookies with choc chips and what a shock it is so tasteless. WHAT HAPPENED? Go back to the old ways please? This is not good for your business. Hope you can salvage your reputation.
I bought Romeo Delight cookies from Cape Cookies at my local Spar on 6 July 2022, MNF 28/03/2023 BB date 28/03/2023 something defnitely wrong with the coconut. Uneatable.....................Its now August ... Waiting for my promised replacement in July.

I used to love Cape Cookies, but the quality has gone downhill. The cocoa flavoured cookies with choc chips were tasteless and disappointing. I hope they can improve and regain their previous reputation.
I recently purchased Romeo Delight cookies from Cape Cookies and the coconut tasted off. It was inedible. I contacted the company and they promised a replacement in July, but it is now August and I'm still waiting.
The chop chip cookies from Cape Cookies were bland and tasted like cardboard. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.
Cape Cookies used to be our favorite, but the recent cocoa flavoured cookies with choc chips were a big letdown. They lacked flavor and were a far cry from their previous quality. I hope they can revert back to the old recipe and improve their business.
