So efficient. Every time I’ve been here it has been as relaxed and quick as vehicle licence renewal can be. Having the sms notification means not filling in the dreaded green form, so ensure you have it. Greeters are next level and know their stuff.
I know many people have had bad experiences. But my experience was amazing. Went for vehicle license renewal. I booked an appointment and was served before time. Everything was done smoothly and I was out with the renewed license even before my actual appointment time.
What an amazing experience I’m shocked I booked online this morning at 6am for 9am at civic centre , got there at 8h30am so 30min beforehand and immediately was called . Gave my docs and paid , got my disc and left and I’m home now and it’s 8h57am!!!! Absolutely brilliant well done
