In all honesty, it's a great school however the communication between students and administration is extremely poor. Students constantly need to beg or pry out information from them. Information is often not shared on time or at all. Above all else, the campus is beautiful and friendly as well as the lecturers.

If my daughter was looking at a culinary future I would not hesitate enrolling her at Capsicum. I have experienced staff and students living their studies and passion from both a hospitality as well as culinary perspective... 5 stars!
