The lady that assisted me advised that my balloon arrangement would only take 30 minutes, I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours!! The arrangement was just 4 balloons and she had help from another employee.
Useless staff. Manager unavailable. They cannot do a transaction using a credit note!!! Wasted our time,petrol and energy to come up and down and still unresolved
