They did not do any exercises as discussed, and only focused on their phones. If the caregivers spent half as much time engaging the patient as they do on their phones it might be a proper service.
The caregivers were not attentive and spent more time on their phones than engaging with the patient. They did not follow the exercise plan and it was a disappointing experience overall.
