My new mattress that had one small mark on, now has watermarks all down the sides and looks worse than before, probably because they didn’t use clean water and cleaned both mattresses and a big couch all with the same dirty water. I’m not impressed at all, and only saw it after they had left and when the mattress dried.

The service was very disappointing. The workers arrived late and seemed unprofessional. They did a hasty job and my carpet doesn't look any cleaner. Not worth the money.
The upholstery cleaning service was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional and my couch looks brand new. Highly recommend!
