On the day I was told that they could fit it in at an additional cost of R700 but at that stage the hardware stores were closed. I requested that they bring the gutter the next day as I would pay there and then but Nienke van der Merwe became very unprofessional and started giving me a lecture curve balls to confuse me and ask for more money. I said NEVER MIND just take the gutter out and forget about. Nienke van der Merwe left with the gutter costing R140 off the price. I had 2 other companies that wanted to do the gutter and ring beam for a R1000 but Nienke van der Merwe asked a R4500 from me. If the hardware stores were not closed on that day, I would have given him the R700 and I would have never seen Nienke van der Merwe again.
I would like to thank Carports For U in Nelspruit for an excellent quality product and service received. The staff is friendly, professional and they did an amazing job with our new carport. I recommend them to anyone who needs a carport in Nelspruit.
