Pleasant people. White-washed, sparsely furnished environment inside the inspection area. 1 inspector on duty and despite making a booking (and arriving on time) had to wait for him to finish an inspection of a walk-in client. Inspection was quick and thorough.
Serious time wasters and tyre kickers. I got a call with a great offer on my car subject to review. Guy said that he knew these cars well and knew what to sell them for etc etc. …
