Try to call through, Not a ring tone. then voice say "we didn't get any response from you" 2 or 3 times then drop call. Where is the option menu to choose?
I have always loved working with caseware, way back from my auditing days until now. Love the support and totally love the product. Whether it's auditing or financial statements and reporting, you guys nailed it.
Its is so difficult to get hold of Case Ware for support. The number you call always refers you to the Case Ware Community. And the reason you are calling is you having issue on the support community . It is by far the worst experience I have had . Maybe I'm just old school but this is extremely annoying!!
