What a disappointment of a retail store poor service, no customer care Whatsoever as for delivery what a shame this store will destroy a lot of suppliers mark my words. Telesales they do their best big ups to the service i received from Mantwa very reliable lady and helpful.
Poorly stocked, dirty and cashier rudely said she is going on lunch and waved me to another cashier without greeting or making eye contact. Pathetic would be a compliment to this insult that calls itself a cash and carry.
There are ons specific person that is really hardworking friendly - his name is Andile. Helpful always fast and anxious to help, thankyou Andile you make my life ease when I do my purchases
