Had an unfortunate incident with an aircon I purchased, The store repaired it under warranty but unfortunately there was still a problem after fixing it so they said they will refund me, very helpful and kind service.
Waste of time. Called @ 11.00 was told would get right back to me. At 14.00 I called again, chap said would see me by 15.00, 2 minutes later call back, tell them for a third time what I would like to sell, says not interested, could not be bothered to look. Why didn't they say that at 11am?
Don’t sell anything to these guys, even when you are stranded they are rip offs at the top of the pyramid ???? …
