Unhelpful and rather rude WhatsApp line. Tried phoning them personally, but I was met with yet more unhelpful rudeness. Perhaps in person they are friendlier, but I am left with a foul taste in my mouth every time I deal with them on the phone
Friendly service.
We used to receive excellent service from the staff here. Today it felt like the sales staff didn't want us to buy anything. The lady working at the front was the only friendly and professional person on duty. Very disappointed.
