Very disappointed in the service received by this cattery. Tried to email the owner about it but received no response. I received no updates about the cats in the three weeks that they stayed here …
Absolutely wonderful! The facilities are beautiful, the staff super friendly and our cats were happy and well looked after their entire stay. Definitely worth it if you want peace of mind❤️
It was my first time leaving my cats and going away on holiday for such a long duration. I had to find a place on short notice and contacted Kobus who was quite accommodating and had a last-minute cancelation. …
