Totally inefficient service : Promises of delivery on 6/7 then again 13/7 and again 18/7. Still no parcel received . Despite 12 phone calls ( recorded ) and 8 emails !! They just make empty promises . I have now given up ! I am tired tired of trying to get my parcel ! Please please FNB find another courier service , please .
Went with a friend to collect his package from Johannesburg after he received an sms from them 2 days before .on our arrival we were told that the package was sent back to sender. You can imagine his frustration, as first impression they did very poorly.
