What is the point of making an arrangement/appointment if the drivers won’t commit to the appointment and no one will contact you? Unreliable and unprofessional when speaking to the agents they don’t listen and speak over you. …
Wish I could give them a lower rating. I was received an sms that they will be delivering my bank card between 10 and twelve. I have a solid gate in my driveway entrance and for that reason I requested a call from them when they are at the gate. 10 minutes later nothing the driver lifts the gate open (which he is not allowed to do - it is clear on the sign) and packs it again when he leaves. I phoned the company to request a specific time for delivery the next day, they refused and insisted they will just pitch and I must be available all day. Absolutely unacceptable!

No contact from them and they call to tell us the card is in 4-ways after we follow up with sending bank to ask what’s going on- 5 minutes before we are leaving to return back to Durban. Asked if we can fetch from their headoffice courier office instead and was told no that would not be possible, so we have to wait until they have dropped off in 4-ways and they will note we have asked to fetch not have it delivered again and they will call.
