Our 1st visit to this CDE! The support staff were RUDE, including the Receptionist, laboratory staff sitting in a circle on patient chairs, without a greeting and sarcastic remarks. The only friendly person was the phlebotomist and of course, Dr Landau was great.
As a referring doctor received extremely bad and rude service from the receptionist. I will be referring my patients elsewhere in future. Immediately after having the phone slammed down in my ear I called Manor Diabetic Centre and the difference in attitude was astonishing. I’ll be using them in the future.
This Centre is a rip off to patients and medical aids . Why must i see a educator ( Sister ) when i know i have Type 2 Daibetes . So you pay a sister to test your blood , give you a pamphlet then only can you see a DR . Why must a person pay extra .
