My mother was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism in November, and we booked an appointment with Dr Chaaban to have her checkup done and do her scan to ensure the blood clots have all been dissolved. We waited for over an hour past our appointment time and when my mother finally saw Dr Chaaban, she seemed disinterested and rushed. She did not explain the results and just gave us a prescription. We left feeling frustrated and unheard.
