I really loved and enjoyed the experience!! I only met one cashier to whom i made the payment, but my experience with her is how i judge and rate the whole store! So i would like to send a message to all our store owners and cashiers to keep customers happy, because that is how they would judge and rate your store because of the experience with one cashier. The store is clean and they have a good variety of products. The service in the store is good. People are friendly and the staff is very helpful. The cashiers are always smiling and friendly. I have never really had a bad experience here. This is the best store in town. It is a huge store with a wide variety of products. I always get everything I need here. The prices are also reasonable.

One the staff are loud and the merchandisers are slow during busy times(they block the entire isle shelving) Most of the staff for the checkers at kld are always sitting down in the storeroom having a smoke break. Not cool to walk an empty store and find most staff out of sight in a storeroom.
