Overall s nice layout, not to big. However, the deli section is very slow. We spent a good 20 min waiting to be helped with 5 other people waiting, if you get to the till and something won't scan, you might as well leave it as on-floor service is slow to get price info. Till employees are very nice and friendly.
I was at recieving area, bad manners from both Manager and Recievers, Arrived there at 9 there was only 2 supplies at moment, but I was recieved around 12 and get my paper work at 16h00. That,s almost the whole day there
My visit at Woolworths North Cape was just amazing, the Staff at the Shop are extremely friendly and helpful, keep it up Guys and i am more than willing to pay your Store a visit again, good luck ???? …

Additionally, if an item doesn't scan at the checkout, it takes a long time for the on-floor staff to provide the price information. The receiving area of the supermarket was poorly managed. Both the manager and the receivers exhibited bad manners. Despite arriving at 9 AM with only 2 supplies present, I was not attended to until 12 PM and received my paperwork at 4 PM. It was a complete waste of my day.
