I called in for a quotation request and the reception lady didn't even have time to return my greeting, followed up by an unpleasant and rude conversation. going on to say "We cant talk about quotations on the phone"just send me an email as if i had the email address already
Very professional service. Assisted me with product training and the chemicals are great.
Did not seem to know what product I was asking for. Even though it's a product if purchased from them before. Still not 100% sure if I've got what I asked for.
