They don't deserve this 1 star. Batho Pele principles don't mean anything to them. The treatment is very bad. We came in the morning to sort out an issue and then we had to leave for payments. But we needed to go back to show them proof of payment, and they made us wait for over an hour before attending to us. Disappointing service!

I must say they have been very unreliable lately, the problem started about 2 to 3 months ago and since then we have been without power for up to 12 hours every day. This has had a major impact on our business. We have tried contacting them, but no one seems to know what is going on. They cannot give us a timeframe for when the issue will be resolved. We are very frustrated and disappointed with their service.
