Had a terrible experience this morning at Claremont Laundry Service. I arrived at around 10:20 to collect some laundry only to find them closed with a “be back in 10 minutes” sign on the door. I gave them a call at around 10:30 and the lady apologized for the inconvenience but said she would be another 15 minutes. I had to wait around for 25 minutes before they finally opened. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
