Save yourself the frustration and use Dischem rather! My experiences at the Garden Route Mall Clicks branch are becoming increasingly frustrating and aggravating. The pharmacy staff are rude and/or painfully slow. Some of the tellers show a lack of knowledge on basic pharmacy products and procedures. It is a constant battle for efficient service. I only ever go there when I have absolutely no other choice. I had a more positive experience at the Clicks branch in George.
The queuing system at the dispensary is a joke. I arrive, collect my ticket and wait for just on 10 minutes before one of the pharmacists becomes available. In the interim at around 7 minutes in my wait, 3 people collect tickets for over the counter meds. One of them a mother who had 2 babies with her, both of which were coughing constantly. Why did she even bother coming all the way to town and risk sitting there with her young children with cold like symptoms spreading whatever to everyone that sat around them? I expect people to think and be considerate of others nowadays. I walked out and decided to go to Dis-Chem pharmacy instead. Waaaay better
