We attempted to get Cloud City to help us with a Zoho implementation. We provided a full and very detailed specification, which CC confidently assured us they would be able to fulfill. We spent a large amount of time preparing for their assistance, only for them to inform us at very short notice that they don't have the necessary resources to fulfill our request.
