I will never advise anyone to take their vehicles here. My vehicle went in with a perfectly good working battery and when I collected it, it had to be jump started and I now have to replace the battery and of course they deny any responsibility. Terrible service!
Absolutely gutted by the terrible level of service that I have received from CMH East Rand. I took my Chevrolet Spark in for a diagnostic report on the 10/02/2023 which never happened. The vehicle was collected and driven without our permission, returned dirty, interior completely filthy! And then had to chase for it...just to find out they said they would get back to us!!! Never will I step foot there again!
WORST SERVICE EVER! I booked a car in last year December to attend to the cluster and program it. After arrival and for four days there they kept the car - they did nothing and had no excuses or apologies! Please do not ever book your car there! Now they want me to name everyone on Facebook!
Absolute scam! They stole my deposit!!! They promised the delivery of my new Corsa, took my R5000 deposit... Waited 2 weeks, seeing everybody driving away with their cars...then all of a sudden... A highly suspicious turn of events!

We bought a brand new car from them. And while the car is great, the customer service has been incredibly disappointing. We've had so many issues with the finance department and the way they handle their documentation. I expected better from a reputable dealership.

The facilities and amenities at this Opel dealer are lacking. The waiting area is uncomfortable and there are no refreshments available. Not a pleasant experience.
