I was waiting the hole day, due to me registering late. Staff was very helpful and effecient. Definitely not waiting for last minute registration again. Keep up the good work guys
No matter what time u call in you will never get hold of anyone, only a voice prompt saying call during their office hours. So disappointing.....
they should start a "answer the phone short course" and make it compulsory for their staff. I mean how hard can it be to answer a phone.
