Absolutely shocking service. False promises, poor excuses and then to top it all off, staff lying to the manager about what actually happened. I requested the manager call me to set things straight but she couldn’t even be bothered to do that. Will never be back.
I been going to Copy Express for a long time but the service and this new team is so low and terrible. It would be much better if the old team with Melissa was back!
