I do not recommend using COTAMS, they can not resolve your issue at municipality and after a while just stop responding. After paying them their fee I had to constantly follow-up with my query, to date I have not had any resolution on my account and no response after querying, rather stay away.
BEWARE!!! We also made the mistake of using them. Absolutely pathetic!! They don't get things resolved, don't respond on emails and always blame the municipality. What a waste of money and a fraud

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and staff at COTAMS. They were unhelpful and unresponsive when I needed assistance with my account. I would not recommend using them.
