Its seem I must be unlucky, I see a 5star rating, wanted my chef jackets to printed with a my brand logo. They dnt bother to get back to you, or let you know deliberately dnt answer your calls. 1 week and only one logo thats all I wanted. The job was probably too small i dnt know wouldnt recommend them.

I asked him twice if there are any type of material that they could not print on and he ensured me all types of material could be printed on. So I dropped off my garment and requested the printing. However, when I went to collect it, I noticed that the print had come out very faded and the colors were not vibrant at all. I was very disappointed with the quality of the printing. I would not recommend using CreateSA for printing services.
Its seem I must be unlucky, I see a 5-star rating for CreateSA but my experience has been terrible. I wanted my chef jackets to be printed with my brand logo and I contacted CreateSA a week ago. However, they did not bother to get back to me or let me know the status of my order. I tried calling but they deliberately did not answer my calls. After waiting for a week, I finally received my order and they had only printed one logo out of the twelve jackets that I wanted. It seems like they considered my order to be too small and ignored it. I would not recommend CreateSA for printing services.
I had a great experience with CreateSA. Their service was excellent and I received my order on time. The quality of the printing was also very good. I would highly recommend using CreateSA for all your printing needs.
