They are very friendly. I made a book last year and it came back beautifully. This year I made another two and I was dissapointed with the binding as it is not very stable and the quality of the book. Some of the high quality photos came out poorly.
Creative Albums took the time and care to help me choose the album size, cover material, and script design, with kindness and patience. The linen album is beautiful and my 18 year old was amazed it was especially for her, it arrived in half the time as well. Thank you!
