Was a very nice place when conceptualised. Affordable rentals. Nice kids play area, tennis court, soccer field, running track all within complex. Little stream runs through. Access controlled gate. Good lighting all round at night. Kept clean as well. Downside is a group of men always seated and loittering at the gate. Daily.
