In store experience is good, although delivery schedule is sketchy, items all of a sudden out of stock, parts of orders missing, delivery promised but not received when said to be received. Hire your own transport and go get items from the other store yourself much quicker and easier.

In store experience was good, but the delivery schedule was sketchy. Items were suddenly out of stock and parts of my order were missing. The promised delivery did not arrive when it was supposed to. I had to hire my own transport and go to the other store to get my items myself. It was much quicker and easier.
I bought laminate floors from CTM Clearwater Tile store and they turned out to be the wrong color. I had already installed them and then noticed the mistake. I went back to the store and bought a different color that suited me. But there wasn't enough of it, and I was told they would have to order more. It was a hassle.
This store is a debacle. The prices between this store and the Lonehill/Fourways store are different, and the advice you get is completely contradictory. They are only interested in making a profit, and if you're not careful, you'll miss out on the best deals.
