CTW was found via our neighbourhood directory which had remarked on the professional and trouble proof work CTW had done. After three previous contractors and a wall still a river into the dining room, I had hoped for the best. Heavy winter rains (2023) and all perfect. Thank you CTW, you will be our ongoing first choice now.
Absolute failure to recover in rectifying sub-standard waterproofing. As a non-expert I was hoping I can trust CTW's expertise to sort out existing water leaks. It takes several follow-ups to even get a response. And that after water drips directly into my son's bed after heavy rains.
Greg and his team are super efficient, does their work with integrity and the attention to the smallest detail is commendable.
